We help you to lead your target group to the next level with flexible low threshold work opportunities - starting from small tasks to test the suitability and progressing to next opportunities fitted to needs.
Suitable model for all public sector players and programs aiming to improve work inclusion and paths to suitable work.

WorkPilots enables new ways to activate skills- and experience-based communities and networks. Through the platform, experience expert groups, alumni networks, professional and industry communities, and associations can turn their members’ skills, time, and interest into concrete activities.
Communities can offer meaningful ways to participate, strengthen inclusion, and create pathways toward working life. At the same time, visible and trackable outcomes support community development and long-term impact.
Through the platform, communities can create and manage tasks such as experience expert roles, mentoring, sparring, expert contributions, or work opportunities, flexibly and according to members’ situations and motivation. Participation grows from one-off involvement into a continuous, visible model with measurable results.

WorkPilots works with a broad network of NGO and community partners, enabling each organisation to build a CSR implementation model that fits its strategy and target groups.

platform for your ecosystem
A branded own platform is a WorkPilots environment delivered under the client’s own brand, operating as own solution within the client’s ecosystem.
The platform is tailored to the client’s target groups, and use cases. It offers flexible task and contract models, multiple pricing and payment options. Users get mobile and web interfaces in local langauges when needed, as well as a clear management dashboard and reporting tools for data analysis and impact measurement.
Deployment is fast and fully supported—the platform can be up and running in as little as a week.
CASE Paths to work: first work experiences
The first work experience is often decisive: it makes skills visible, builds self-confidence, and opens doors to future opportunities. A large and diverse group of cities, organisations, projects, and education providers have already used WorkPilots to offer concrete, hands-on work experiences in practice. These initiatives have focused especially on young people, newcomers and immigrants, and people with partial work capacity—groups for whom traditional jobs do not always provide an easy starting point. Low-barrier work opportunities enable earning, skill development, and help strengthen motivation and confidence in one’s own future.
Through social organisation’s own platform, organisations can follow participants’ progress and see what outcomes are created, supporting continuous development and impact tracking.
CASE FLEXIBLE RESOURCING IN CLEANING INDUSTRY
After failed recruitment attempts, a cleaning company onboarded young workers and guided them for a single task only (hoovering). With this simple onboarding, the cleaner halved their own workload, and within months had built a pool of 20 young workers, ready to be employed when the new customer contract came in.
Similar model was used in Hotel industry to book young workers to help cleaners by learning one task to do the beds - cleaning time for the rooms was reduced and young workers got valuable work experiences.
.
CASE CSR AND SPONSORSHIP MODELS
A major Finnish insurance company integrated its CSR programme directly into its business strategy by focusing on youth inclusion and future employability. Through the programme, LähiTapiola offered young people tens of thousands hours of real work experience, providing low-barrier opportunities to gain skills, confidence, and insight into working life. By combining concrete work opportunities with its long-term strategic goals, the company created measurable social impact while strengthening its role as a responsible, future-oriented employer and partner in society.
