2. Register

Register to the service. On the page “Select your service”, select ‘Private’ and then the required private code BRIDGE to register to the Felm pilot platform. Registration is free.

1. Download the free app to your phone

4. Apply for available gigs

When you get a gig and have completed it, mark it as delivered. You will receive your payment once the client has approved the work. You commit to one gig at a time.

3. Create your profile

Update your profile, use a good picture and clear short description with added CV details. Please add your personal identity code and write your birthday in the form of YYYYMMDD.

FAQ

  • Define in your profile settings what kind of jobs you want to see. Remember to add a good profile photo and details about your skills and experience. A bank account number and personal identity number are required at the latest when applying for gigs, for payment purposes.

    You will receive notifications about open opportunities directly on your phone, and you decide which gigs you want to apply for. Ask for more information in the chat whenever needed. Press the APPLY button and provide a task-specific justification explaining why you should be selected.

    If the client selects you for an assignment, you will receive a notification in the service and a contract by email.

    Note: Your profile is only visible to those whose gigs you apply for.

    Please remember to cancel the gig if something prevents you from attending and inform the client immediately, for example via the in-service chat.

  • You can see the compensation paid for a gig and the contract model in advance. Once you have been selected and have confirmed that the task is completed, the Client approves it and the gig moves to the payment process. You received an email with the payment schedule when you were selected.

    In the web version, you can print payment reports for yourself. We take care of advance tax payments and other required obligations related to the payments.

  • No. The use of the application is free for job seekers.

  • Even if you don’t have prior work experience or you’re looking to earn extra income through short-term gigs, with WorkPilots you can start small, gain experience, learn new skills, and progress at your own pace. You don’t need to go through long recruitment processes or interviews.

    You’ll receive feedback on the work you’ve completed, and all your gigs are added to your profile as proof of your work experience. Your profile also serves as your own CV page, which you can share with others. Good ratings strengthen your skills profile and open up new opportunities.
